Best yogasan for obesity
Today’s modern and busy days most peoples lifestyle is frequently changing day by day and it is very difficult to maintain our health well. Untimely and unhealthy food eating and not doing enough physical activities or exercise causes obesity. It is very bad when we suffer from obesity because we can not do any activity comfortably. It may be caused multi factors but here we will only tell you how to cure obesity if you are suffering from it and you are not suffering from obesity, it is good and think to be away from it by obeying only some yogasan that are easy.
Mainly 12 yogasan is enough to cure or prevent obesity. You may also do Yogik jogging, Suryanamaskar, Running, swimming and playing etc.
You may do some of these Yogasan and Pranayam at your home in the morning at least one hour daily.
